  • Do we need to bring our own dish soap, laundry soap, etc.?

    Since the property does not have daily maid service for your convenience, Bent Tree Cabin supplies dish soap for use in the kitchen.  Hand soap is also provided in the bathroom.  As for laundry soap, you will need to provide your own laundry products. 

  • Is there telephone service at the cabin?

    We do not provide telephone service at the cabin; however, you can get a LIMITED cellular signal.  

  • Where is the nearest grocery store?

    Our Owner, Tony Davis, recommends that you shop for groceries at Pruett's Food located at 201 South Park Drive, Broken Bow, OK, or at Wal-Mart located at 501 South Park Drive, Broken Bow, OK

  • Do you recommend a nearby restaurant for fine or casual dining?

    Yes. Check our our Restaurants page for details.

  • How far in advance do we need to make reservations for the cabin?

    Our cabin is rented on a first come first serve basis.  Our rental calendar is kept up  to-date and if it is reflected that the dates are available, the cabin can be rented;  however, because we rent on a first come first serve basis, if you know your dates, we  would recommend that you book your reservation as far in advance as possible.  Ideally, we would recommend that weekend and weekly reservations for non-holiday periods be booked at least 14 days in advance and that weekend and weekly  reservations for holiday periods be booked at least 30 days in advance.

  • In case of an emergency, where is the nearest medical facility?

    For immediate assistance, please dial 911 on your cell phone.  If you need to go to the  emergency room, McCurtain Memorial Hospital is located at 1303 Lincoln Road in Idabel, OK, approximately 12 miles from Broken Bow.

  • If I break something in the cabin during my stay, what is the procedure for notification and resolution?

    We request that you contact us prior to your departure to report any  items that have been damaged.  You can reach us via our website through our Contact page.  If you do not have access to the internet during your stay or at the time of  your departure, we would request that you contact us via our Contact page within 24 hours of your departure.  Additionally, we will retain your credit card information throughout the duration of your stay and specifically reserve the right to charge a deposit of $100.00 to cover for minor breakage; however, should extensive and excessive damage be done to the property during your stay, appropriate charges for such damage would be charged.
